Micron cartridge filtration

Micron Cartridge Filtration (MCF) system is used to remove micron size particles from the feed water. MCF consists of a vessel, housing the polypropylene cartridge filter elements which ensure proper filtration of micron size particles.

This is mainly used in the pretreatment of Reverse Osmosis System, so that big particles can be removed prior to RO membrane and thus enhance the life of membrane which is the heart of RO system.

Filters are available in different materials of construction and micron rating as 10/5/3/2/1/0.1 microns

The range of materials available for the MCF Housing include MS, MSRL, SS 316, SS 304 and FRP.

Sand Filter / Multi Grade Filters are used to remove turbidity, dust and suspended particles in water. In a sand Filter / Multi Grade Filter water is passed through graded layers of sand and pebbles media to filter the water.

Sand and Multi Grade Filters are made of 100 % corrosion resistant MS epoxy coated tanks and User friendly Multiport Valve system. The Distribution systems and filtering media are designed for efficient & trouble free operation.

Both residential and industrial models are available with / MS Rubberlined/ SS vessel/ FRP/ GRP options also.

Activated Carbon Filters are used to remove Free Chlorine and objectionable taste and odour from the water. In an Activated Carbon Filter the water is passed through a layer of activated carbon to eliminate the contaminants.

Activated Carbon Filters are made of 100% corrosion resistant FRP tanks and User friendly Multi port Valve system. The Distribution systems and filtering media are designed for efficient & trouble free operation.

Both residential and industrial models available with / MS Rubber lined/ SS vessel/ FRP/ GRP options also.
